Online Metronome

The Metronome tool provides a steady beat to help musicians maintain rhythm and timing while practicing. It’s ideal for improving precision, coordination, and control—whether playing solo or in a group. You can start slow, build speed gradually, and master complex rhythms with consistent practice.

The number inside the circle at the top indicates the tempo measured in Beats per Minute (BPM). The higher the BPM, the faster the tempo.

How to Use:

  1. 1. Adjust your BPM by holding and moving the slider right or left. You can also set the BPM by increasing or decreasing the number below the slider using the + or – buttons on either side of the number.
  2. 2. To set the time signature / beats per measure, increase or decrease the beats by using the + or – buttons on either side of the beats count.
  3. 3. Click the circular Play button at the bottom to start the pulse; use the same button to Pause/Stop as needed.
