Meaning

The singer calls Narasimha, the man-lion form of Vishnu, to appear. The praise recalls Prahlada’s devotion and names the deity as the powerful lord of Ghatikachala. The final lines invoke the benevolent protector associated with Vishnu’s many forms and with Guruguha’s heart.
