Meaning
The singer seeks refuge in the goddess because she is the world's treasury of compassion. Addressing Brihannayaki, he praises her feet and the happiness she grants to those who approach her. He cannot adequately describe her greatness, but he can express how difficult even a brief delay in receiving help feels. The final verse returns to confidence in her protection, invoking her gentle speech and her identity as Gokarneshvara's queen. Praise supports a simple plea to be cared for.
